Breastfeeding Basics and Beyond

This 90-minute in-person or virtual class gives you all the knowledge to successfully establish breastfeeding. Topics included are: positioning and latch, how much a baby needs to eat, how to support your supply development, and where to look for help if you need further support.

Learn all the things my clients say they wish they knew before they had their babies that would have saved them time and tears!

The Confident Birth Partner

This workshop is designed to help birth partners totally rock their role as your support person during labour and birth. We will go over specific physical and emotional comfort measures , things your partner can expect on the big day, what to pack in their hospital bag, as well as an opportunity to ask questions and get clarity on the important role they play in birth.

Infant Massage Class

Believe it or not, massage is not just for adults. Being born is hard work and babies can benefit from therapeutic touch as well. In this hour long class, you will learn 3 simple and effective massage routines for:

Colic and constipation
Congestion and baby colds
General relaxation (great for after their bath/before bedtime!)

Infant First Aid

The workshop is designed to teach essential emergency skills to new parents and caregivers/relatives. There is a focus on skills to assist during choking and CPR techniques for infants and young children. Taught by Sarah Lynn O'Brien, an experienced instructor as well as a dispatcher for the region's fire department.

Confidently Treating Your Prenatal Client: A Course for RMTs

This two day course will cover everything you need to know to effectively and safely treat a pregnant client in every stage of their pregnancy. We will also discuss the ins and outs of creating a thriving perinatal massage practice. I promise that by the end of our time together, you will no longer dread a side-lying glute drape, among other things.
