Please familiarize yourself with our clinic policies before booking your first appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling  policy in effect at all times. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice for any reason, and are unable to send a friend or family member in your stead, the full cost of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.

Arriving on Time/Session Length

Session lengths include intake, treatment and home care discussion.

Please plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for your appointment in order to get the full session time you have scheduled. If you arrive on time, or late, the therapist can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and the cost for full length of the session booked will still be due.

Refusal of Service

For safety purposes, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Intoxication
  • Derogatory or bigoted comments
  • Sexual or romantic advances
  • Illness or infectious conditions
  • Contagious or unidentified skin conditions (ex. rashes, warts, mysterious bug bites)

If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. If you develop a skin condition, please clear it with your doctor before receiving a massage. Thank you for keeping our practice safe.
